They said something quite similar when they first obtained the WMAP data on the Cosmic BackGround Micro-Wave Radiation.
"-The Universe doesn't seem to agree with our equations!-"
They then said.So they went back and changed the values in their equations to obtain results that would fit WMAP's data.
And in that fashion were they able to preserve their holy metaphysical explosion in the middle of nothingness alive.
Scientist have 0 justification for Dark Energy except that if it doesn't exist then their Big Bang church will collapse onto itself!
They can no more explain what it is then why it exist, kindda like god for believers.
And if you were to ask an honest scientist :
"Beside, what Hubble dubbed, the appearance of motion of the galaxies, is there anywhere in the universe where there is sign of this Dark Energy?"
The answer will be NO!
I don't believe in gods because there is no trace or proofs of it anywhere in the entire universe!
So now because a bunch of simple human mortals like me, who tweak their equation (in order to preserve them) every time the universe proves them wrong, say it exist; i should believe it does?
Pe-lease!
Sciece is not right!
Science is not the truth!
Science is not absolute!
Science is the search for the truths of reality->
without bias!
And at that science is failling miserably!
Science as become 1 sided and has lost it's objectivity.
It has replaced original creative thinking for indoctrinated absolute beliefs!
If i said to you that the space between the galaxies is absolutely void of any kind of matter, you would probably call me a moron right?
You would probably estimate that within those millions of LY that separates galaxies there must un avoidably be vast amounts of very thinly spread cold matter, wouldn't you?
Stray atoms, protons, neutrons, electrons, floating about.
Not tons per cubic Km but per cubic LY or something.
And as such it becomes obvious that some photons will be absorbed along their Millions to Billions of LY journey!
Since interferometer devices analyses light in a Newtonian fashion,i.e. not looking at the individual quantas(or photons if you prefer) but observing the wave functions of the inter-actions of vast amounts of photons, the Red Shifted patterns that appears in their interferometers actually have 2 possible reasons:
1) That space is actually expanding at all points at all time with the same exact ratio everywhere in the entire universe, but without explainable or justifiable or testable causes.
2) That photons are being absorbed by stay free floating matter between galaxies as they travel through the vat expanses of space!
Now i don't know how you feel about gods or people that swear to realities and absolutes that they can no more explain than justify than prove, But i tend to remain very weary and extremely critical of them!
I don't bow to priest or the absolute they try to impose on civilization. Nor do i bow to their followers and those who claim i'm ignorant because i can refute their absolutes that are without proofs or foundations.
That a trillion humans claim that something is absolute cause they can calculate it, or cause these intelligent and/or wise people assert that it is, doesn't make it so!
We have reach the quantum levels in our technologies!
We now have the ability to create quantumly reactive devices!
With these devices we can probe a photon train and isolate its constituents!
We now have the ability to see what is happening to the individuals, and we can even reproduce all the previous interferometry experiments to be able to truly and perfectly, not to say absolutely, fine tune this knowledge and know exactly what is happening to the photons as they travel through space, and hence know either the precise rate of continuous expansion per parsecs, or the exact rate of photon absorption per parsecs per quantum values. or the rate of both if both are occurring!
But scientist couldn't be bothered by those little facts cause they can prove that their holly big bang, just like god, is nothing more than an ill conceived none reality.
Still find it funny though that so many atheist blindly believe in the un founded un proven absolute claims of science!
But lets not forget that they do still call evolution "A THEORY"
Which it is!
just like the fact that i require oxygen to live is a theory!
