The law of many Un-happy/happy returns!
Once i heard the Dalai-Lama, you know that man who is so wise that he vainly needs to be called Your Holiness, say "the victims of Katrina had bad Karma!".
But Making people call you Your Holiness doesn't ACTUALLY mean that you are KNOWLEDGEABLE!
Let me explain through a simple example a la Einstein!
First imagine an impossible world, well from our human philosophies' stand points that is!
A world in which people have learned that they must live together and share their world together!
A world in which people don't say "I know not to do on to others!" But rather understand why and therefor never do on to others!
A world in which people seek understanding and unity instead of constant fighting and divisions!
Simply said that world is impossible from our limited points of philosophical none sense because it is ABSOLUTELY VOID OF ANY CRIME!
But the impossibility of our moral center to achieve such a state of social civilization shouldn't impede us from imagining it.
Now if people on that world all treat one another exactly how they would wanna be treated they therefor never commit acts that brings bad Karma.
But for them to exist, they must, like us, have evolved on a living world!
Get your mind out of Mme Irma's crystal ball, i'm just talking bout the geological nature of our world!
Because you see there are requirements for life to evolve on a world, the main being that it be a living world!
Meaning that it must have a big ball of plasmic magma at it's core.
The magma must have formed a crust a couple kilometers think.
That crust will then slide on the magma and break in multiple parts which will then begin to interact throughout the milenias.
These interactions will cause earth quakes, volcanoes,etc...
This is what a "Living World" is!
So one day, after A hundred years(or 5) of this living without any sins, suddenly a Cascadia type event happens,(a plate is being subdued into the magma while another slides on top of it causing the latter to be squeezed in between the two opposing forces, gathering energy all the while, until it reaches the break point and the upper plate springs up releasing all it's stored energy instantaneously).
As this occurs the ground shakes for miles, volcanoes blow up and tsunamis galore!
The end result 1 billion people dead!
So the Lama arrives on this world, in his PJs, looks around and declares from is wisdom(or ignorace) "These people had bad Karma!"
5 minutes latter i arrive, in norma human cloth, and state "Dude you just don't get it do you?"
Then let me explain::
"SHIT HAPPENS!"
You get it now Oh you great wise and holy man?
